YMV delivered four units of LifeRaft and Rescue Boat Davits to NEVSKY Shipyard-Russia for two newbuilding ship projects.

YMV delivered deck equipment, anchor windlass and mooring winches to Celiktrans Shipyard Newbuilding vessel CS54 BRIZO.

YMV Flap Rudder on MT ALVANITH: 8000 CBM Chemical and Oil Products Tanker Vessel built by Istanbul Shipyard. The flap rudder was certified by NK Class.

YMV 250 kW Electric Bow Thruster was produced for Nigerian customer. Propeller diameter 1000 mm and certified by RINA Class.

YMV Deck Equipment Set: Telescopic Boom Crane, Double Drum Towing Winch, Bow Thruster, Stern Thruster, A-Frame Crane, Rescue Boat Davit, Anchor Windlass, Capstan, Stern Roller, all delivered to Arena Offshore Supply/Utility Vessel.

YMV Rescue Boat Davit which is complying all SOLAS and IMO regulations delivered to Malta with MED Certificate.

YMV Hatch Cover Gantry Crane (SWL 15T) installation, commissioning and start-up work of on Bulk Carrier, General Cargo Ship of Palmali Shipping at Dogruyol Shipyard- Yalova Turkey succesfully completed.

YMV CRANE AND WINCH SYSTEMS team was at SMM International Maritime Exhibition in Hamburg Germany. We had effective meetings with potential and existing Clients.

YMV CRANE AND WINCH SYSTEMS delivered Anchor Windlass suitable for 26 mm chain size to the Client.

YMV CRANE AND WINCH SYSTEMS signed a contract with İstanbul Shipyard in Turkey to deliver the complete deck equipment and all anchor and mooring equipment as well as the flap rudder for their newbuilding NB32 Chemical Tanker.

YMV delivered 160 kW Electric driven Bow thruster to Bogazici Shipping Tugboat. The Second bow thruster which will be hydraulically driven will be delivered in May 2018 according to the agreement.

YMV is proud to be the lead manufacturer of first Active Heave Compensated Winch System in Turkey. YMV AHC Winch is designed for safely launching and recovering of the objects collected from Seabed up to 3500 meters depth.

YMV is currently manufacturer of Marine Crane, Winch and Propulsion Systems including production of Bow, Stern, Tunnel Thrusters, while Milper's expertise lies in design and development of marine propeller and shaft pairs, including both Fixed and Controllable Pitch Propellers (FPPs and CPPs). The merger has come about in order to production of Propulsion Systems domestically, with advanced technology by YMV production experience.

YMV SWL 10T@3000mt. AHC Winch was designed for Turkish Navy Rescue and Towing Ships. With its bolted foundations, YMV AHC Winch System is completely portable and ready to install on different ships. Due to this concept, tests were performed on two different ships at Istanbul Shipyard.

YMV Bow Stern Thruster model was meet with Marine Industry at Europort 2017 Istanbul.

YMV SWL 10 T Active Heave Compensation Rescue Winch was tested, approved and certified bby Turk Loydu Class Authority. Subsea Rescue winch will be used for safe rescue operations upto 3.500 Meter depth.

YMV SWL 20 T A-Frame and Towing Winch was delivered to Almar Shipyard. A-Frame tested with 25 T static load succesfully. Towing winch will be used for A-Frame and Tow purpose. A special design was made for multicat workboat, towing winch will be used for both directions. From one side towing upto SWL 20 T, in the other direction lifting and lowering of load or anchor handling actions can be made.

YMV SWL 10 T rescue winch Active Heave Compensaton functionality test was performed by simulating Sea State 4 with control system succesfully.

YMV SWL 1,6T@ 18Mt- 3,5T@8 Mt. Telescopic Crane was delivered to Arena Offshore Supply Vessel with project approval by Bureau Veritas Class Authority. Double drum towing and Aframe winch was designed according to SWL20T lifting and towing capacity. Double drum Towing winch each drum was specifically designed for A-Frame and towing operations separately at the same time.
